Guarantees

Shopavenue is an official online retailer of all brands listed on this site. When purchasing from the Shopavenue, your watch is backed by the specific brand international guarantee.

Length of guarantee is dependent on the brand purchased, please refer to the watch specification for detail on length of guarantee.

Your guarantee covers all material and manufacturing defects revealed in the course of normal use and on condition that the watch has not been opened.

Your official guarantee will be filled out and accompany your purchase.

GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS

  • Battery with exception to watches purchased from Shopavenue within 6 months.
  • Leather straps
  • Glass, case, or any outer part of the watch as a result of being dropped, scratched or exposed to chemical products.
  • All finishes and plating.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect opening of your watch.
  • Damage due to negligence around water and depending on the water resistance of the watch.
  • Loss and theft.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY PROCESS

Shopavenue’s couriers (currently Ram couriers) will deliver to your door free of charge for orders over R1000 within South Africa. A nominal delivery fee is charged on orders under R1000. 

In order to make your shopping experience more convenient and efficient we will aim to have your parcel delivered within three to five working days from Shopavenue receiving your payment. This time frame excludes week-ends and Public Holidays.

Please supply us with a physical delivery address and contact number. RAM is a hand to hand couriers service and will require a signature upon receipt of your parcel. You may be required to produce your ID and/or credit card. It’s for this reason that we do not deliver to PO Box/postal addresses.

Please note: If our couriers are not able to deliver to you at the specified address within three attempts, you will be liable to cover the delivery cost.

RETURNS POLICY

Shopavenue make every effort to keep you happy with your purchase and if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase you’re welcome to take advantage of our seven-day return and exchange policy free of charge.

Please note the following criteria applies:

  • Your purchase has not been worn or used.
  • Your purchase is still in its original condition including packaging and documentation.
  • You can make use of our preferred courier services (RAM) at no charge.
  • All returns or exchanges undergo a quality check before we can issue a refund or a new product.
