Overnight Shipping – Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day.
In-Transit Time – Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or SA Holidays.
Free Shipping – Orders must equal or exceed R1000.00 after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the free delivery.
Missed collection – A missed collection is when you or a designated person is not available to receive the parcel from our hand to hand couriers. Shopavenue couriers will attempt delivery twice on the agreed delivery. On the third or additional delivery attempts an additional fee will have to be paid prior to delivery . This is approx. R180 per attempt.
