RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, the Shopavenue offer a seven-day return policy for all its customers.
If a product is returned in order to be exchanged for different product you, the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference.
The following criterion applies:
- The product has not been worn or used.
